Ready to Rock She'd been working on it since last Comiket, and it STILL wasn't finished. Of course, Yuki had her reasons. Idols didn't have a lot of spare time, and this was a huge project that she'd never done before. She'd tailored costumes before, sure, but they weren't made of plastic, foam and paper. It was hard to stay motivated when there was still so much left, and it seemed like every step forward involved two steps back as she had to redo parts that she'd screwed up. However, with Halloween coming up, she redoubled her efforts and managed to make a fair bit of progress. It happened every time, but it was still impressive how a deadline to an event could inspire lots of work. She still wasn't finished, but she had prioritised parts she considered important or cool. She looked herself over in the mirror and smiled. Her Gerbera Tetra Kai was in a wearable state. Her helmet had been made to let her long hair flow out the back. Large shoulderpads with winglike spikes and thrusters took up a lot of space, and asides from making it tricky to move, they'd start to get heavy after a while. The chest wasn't finished - well, the top half was, but she'd been unable to decide on how much she wanted to go with the Mecha Musume style. She'd already gone with it for the head, since her face and hair were visible. but it was still in the air for the rest of the costume. For now, though, just below her chest she was unarmoured, with a one piece swimsuit underneath. She had finished work on the lower part of the legs last night. As she looked she realised that what she had done was, again, fitting with Mecha Musume. Her lower legs were mostly covered by the plastic costume, but she hadn't had time to do her thighs, so they were bare. At least this way she didn't have to work out joints. It was like she was wearing a skirt with boots, almost. Her arms had no work at all on them, but there was a good reason for that as Yuki hefted up the large beam rifle. She'd worked on that one early in the construction to see how it'd turn out. There were some minor imperfections, but it was otherwise quite good. Her smile took on a more aggressive tone as she posed with it. Even though her costume wasn't finished, made moving hard, was uncomfortable and offered no real protection, she felt powerful. She took a step, and almost fell over. She quickly righted herself, her free hand on the wall for support. The feet were slightly uneven. Great... no time to fix that. The girl resolved to be even more careful than she was when in fragile cosplay. The event itself had almost a festival atmosphere. Well, it lacked the spiritual air, and the games, but the mood was one of excitement. It felt like there were thousands of people here dressed up in all sorts of costumes, from monsters and bloodied cosplay to kaleidoscope-like fairies and catgirls. Her large costume was a hazard to herself and others around her - and this was without the Stürm Booster sticking out of her back that would almost be her height when finished. That was something that'd be performances only... if it was even possible to wear. Cameras were out in force tonight, and she was stopped frequently for photo requests. Even though it was unfinished, it seemed people really liked what she was wearing. It wasn't a problem - she was very much used to this, and it wasn't like she needed to be anywhere. Hopefully if any of the GEM247 girls showed up she'd be able to surprise them with her monstrosity. She didn't seem to be getting any looks of recognition from people - evidently people were too busy looking at the costume, and the helmet threw them off a bit. Yuki had just finished posing with a young boy when she caught what sounded like a snigger. She looked over, and there was a pair of young men, one dressed as a Federation pilot, the other as a Zeon officer. The look on their face said it all. They were looking down on her for some reason. Whether questioning the accuracy of it, the incompleteness, or judging her because she was a girl doing a mecha cosplay. Maybe all of it. Either way, it made her angry, and she was going to confront them on it. She started to march over to them, and somehow she managed to trip on her uneven 'shoes' and catch a spike on the edge of a stand at the same time. Yuki stumbled to the side and fell down to one knee, thankfully avoiding a larger crash. Still, her knee stung with pain, and her pride had been lanced through the heart. Those guys started laughing more openly now, and she her face changed colour to match that of her costume. "That dumb girl can't even walk in that stripped down Tetra, let alone get the basic elements right." She heard one of them say to the other. The Zeon officer. They didn't know... or worse, didn't care, that she was in earshot. "The dimensions, those oversized wings, the thrusters are the wrong way... what's she thinking?" The Feddie had his own remark. "I bet she's putting on a clumsy act to try and seduce some guy. As if any otaku would fall for her - she's obviously just faking it." What. Did they seriously just say that? As an idol, she was supposed to keep calm in public, and not create scandal. Of course... that's what she was supposed to do. But right now she was angry and upset, and didn't care about any of that. She wasn't thinking about consequences at all right now, she just wanted to defend herself. Yuki stood up marched over to them, more carefully this time. Her knee ached, and it was probably bleeding, but she didn't care. "Hey, I'm not dressing up for morons like you guys, I'm dressing up for myself! I'm a huge fan of Universal Century Gundam - and for your information, this is the Gerbera Tetra KAI! And if you knew the slightest thing about cosplay, you'd know that mecha doesn't match the human body exactly, so liberties need to be made!"The Zeon guy snorted, as if she'd said something obvious that he knew - even though he clearly didn't - and the Feddie put up his hands in defence. "Woah woah, calm down. No need to get bitchy. I didn't know it was your time of the month." Wait, seriously?! How scummy could these guys be? As if she had to be on her period to be angry at them for what they were saying! | ► Party is open to all! Cosplay looks something like this, though I imagine her hair to look more like this.
| got different people inside my head It wasn't cheating, she was just using her resources. Ririka never knew how to sew anything in her life except for how to mend little things, but even then, she could easily buy a new whatever-it-is-she-ripped. Anyway, she knew people who made clothes, and that's why she could go out on Halloween in an ensemble more ornate than much of the people out in Harajuku; a white furisode with mostly-red accents, a golden fan, matching kanzashi -- a take on the sun goddess, Amaterasu.
Had she been in North America, her costume probably would have been different, but this was Japan, and she already stuck out not only as a celebrity, but as someone who wasn't fully Japanese. The shoes she wore made her even taller than normal, and she was already around the average male height in this country. She had her hair dyed dark just so she wouldn't have to wear a wig, and the makeup made her normal appearance less conspicuous, but there was sure to be at least one person who could pick her (and other famous people hidden in plain view) out from the crowd. She'd just have to be careful.
Ririka liked Halloween, in part for all the sweets, but also because she could just go out in a more complicated disguise and not be bombarded with questions -- she still posed for photos a lot, considering her clothes, but it was different. Nobody knew who she was now. It was freeing. She went for the celebrity life, but she liked being left alone, like some other random person on the street. Maybe for a little while she could go around unnoticed now that her hair was dark for the moment, even after Halloween.
She was standing in front of a few people with cameras when she heard some kids talking nearby. Ririka had her eyes on the cameras, but very soon her lips quirked into a grimace and she turned towards the voices abruptly, raising sounds of disappointment from the photographers. The long length of her kimono dragged on the ground as she strode their way.
"Boys," she snapped, giving them the intense death glare that helped land her so many parts playing intimidating characters, "why is it always about you? Why does she have to dress up for guys' attention? Aren't you the same guys who watch the ridiculously dumb anime with girls who hardly have any clothing on for no reason, and that's fine?" The photographers and passers-by she left alone still stood behind her, curious. "How is it any different from you and her? If anything, your cosplay doesn't look like much at all. She obviously worked hard on hers. There's more dedication. Are you intimidated, boys?" Ririka crossed her arms, the long sleeves of her furisode swishing dramatically. Her vicious smirk showed sharp teeth. She knew a thing or two about being condescending to others just to feel superior...
"I advise you apologise, then leave. Now."
She held their gaze for a moment longer, then turned to look at Yuki with a less hard, but still annoyed look before facing the photographers again, who took a moment to scramble their equipment together. i wonder which one that they like best |

Ready to Rock Perhaps fortunately, someone else stepped in after their last comment. She was about ready to hit that guy, and that could have gone down really poorly. It was a tall woman, dressed in incredibly regal attire, who had been posing for cameras nearby. Yuki had seen her just before she posed with the kid, and had really liked what she saw. She was almost the spitting image of Amaterasu, save that she didn't look like she was Japanese. Well, wholly, anyway. Still, if anything it heightened the distance that mortals would have from the gods.
The woman proceeded to tear into them, saying things that she might have said herself given the chance, but her stature and voice made it all the more intimidating. One of the frustrating things about being small was that people found it hard to take you seriously when you were angry. It was something she was working on for when she got into voice acting, and she did her best to remember that woman's attitude. She'd have to modify it to make it fit herself, but being able to draw on this, plus her own anger and what had happened, was sure to help her out. It was also satisfying to watch them squirm and wither under her gaze.
She even demanded that they apologise. When she turned to look at her, she still had a look of annoyance on her face, and a little of the glare, though less pronounced. Combined with the make-up, it really made her look like an enraged deity. And that wasn't even the death gaze she'd given the young men. They both bowed deeply and quickly murmured apologies, before dashing off, to escape the wrath of the goddess. Yuki doubted that they were sincere, but maybe they'd think twice about teasing someone's costume.
The woman didn't seem to be concerned with the situation now that the troublemakers had been dealt with. In fact, she was already waiting for the photographers to set up again. Was she a kuudere? She seemed pretty cool on the surface, but she'd stepped in to deal with those guys causing a problem. Most people would have ignored it. Perhaps it was because she wasn't completely Japanese.
Either way, she was thankful for her stepping in and saving her from doing something stupid, and wanted to get a photo with her. Yuki didn't need to get a photo herself - she was sure that at least one would go up online somewhere where she could save it. Especially when people realised who she was.
"Thanks for dealing with those idiots." Yuki said with a smile. "I might've tried to hit that Feddie bastard if you hadn't stepped in. D'you mind if I pose with you for a few photos?" She looked down at her knee and was about to brush off any dirt with her hand when she saw the red blood. It wasn't much - just a graze, really - but it was visible. That... could be bad. Asides from possibly impacting on her performances, if she was really unlucky, it could get infected. It'd be smart to find a first aid tent somewhere and put some disinfectant and a band-aid on it.
Hopefully the woman didn't see the look of worry on her face. "Ahh, probably only a few. I'll have to go have my knee looked at." She'd rather stay for a while, but her immune system wasn't the best. Yuki didn't think anything would come from it, but her dad worried lots about her. The girl brushed off the dirt and didn't wince in pain as she went over the wound, and stood back up, carefully. Too fast and she could overbalance. | ► Here she comes to wreck their daaaay~! |

Short.
So is she suggesting that she knows who Yuki is or not? Nobody knows!!
| got different people inside my head As someone who had her voice easily heard by many, Ririka used her privileged position as an international celebrity to speak out and actively shut down whatever she disapproved of...which seemed to be many things. One of those things were sexist assholes, and she wasn't afraid of speaking up, even in disguise. This time, it was less about sticking up for the girl and more about striking fear in the hearts of those boys. Even if they didn't change their way of thinking just yet, she wanted to at least impress something in their little minds. Think about it, if they were able.
When she heard the girl speak, cameras were still flashing, so she did nothing to acknowledge the idol for a moment, but eventually her eyes slid over. Ririka looked down pointedly at the girl's dirty, bleeding knee before looking her in the face and turning her body around slightly. People were still snapping photos, but for the average person and their mobile phones, it wasn't a huge deal if she was looking directly into the lens. She turned her head towards the girl and quirked a meticulously groomed eyebrow at her.
"You should be more concerned about your knee than something more trivial like a photo," Ririka asserted before dramatically snapping her fan shut and pointing it towards the closest first aid tent, which wasn't too far off from where they stood. Being very observant, she could read the worry on the girl's face, and despite the desire of a photo, she knew that the girl must believe that her knee was more important. The idol was certainly not impressing Ririka by ignoring it for photos. "Especially for someone like you." She drew her arm back and opened her fan again, holding it by her face for the new people who wanted photos.
"You're young," she concluded, the corner of her mouth angling upwards in a barely noticeable smirk as she turned her face towards the camera again. If the girl wanted photos, Ririka would most likely still be here. Staying in one spot for too long tended to attract more and more people. "Watch your step." i wonder which one that they like best |

Ready to Rock Instead of agreeing to a few quick photos, the older woman instead advised her to have her knee looked at. She pointed dramatically with her fan at a first aid tent as people continued to take photos. In fact, the flashes seemed to become more frequent as she snapped it shut. Yuki had to admit that she was a little intimidating. She had a commanding personality, and a heap of confidence. It was pretty cool, though.
Still, what she said next was rather vague and mysterious. 'Especially for someone like you' was what she said. Did she happen to recognise her, and remember mention of her frailty? Did she happen to look helpless, or was she looking down on her? That last stuff would be annoying, but she was right. It was more important that she get her knee looked at, and she wasn't going to protest. And why mention her youth?
Yuki nodded. "I will. I'll be back shortly!" She didn't run to the tent. She wouldn't have been able to if she could with the amount of people there were, combined with her costume. It did give her time to think a bit about the woman, though. It was too hard to say who she was underneath the makeup and costume, but her voice sounded familiar. Perhaps they'd met before? No, I'm pretty sure I'd remember someone like her. She'd just have to listen to her again and see if her instincts were right or not.
The first aid tent didn't have anyone else there, so she was able to get treated fast. I wonder if I'm lucky or not that I hadn't finished the knee guards? She made sure that they put extra disinfectant on just to be on the safe side before they put a band-aid on. It covered the injury completely, and it wasn't too noticeable, except for the Hello Kitty standing in the corner. Couldn't they tell she was a little old for that? Either way, she was fine after dealing with her wound, and made her way back over to where she was.
She returned to where the woman was with a few people following her, adding to the large crowd. It looked like people were still taking photos of her on her own, so Yuki decided not to interfere until there was an opening. Instead, she took a step forward and mimicked a shooter's stance, aiming right at the woman before 'firing' after a few seconds. Cameras and phones flashed and clicked before she eventually broke the stance and beamed, resting the beam rifle on her shoulder. "Thanks for pointing out how the first aid tent." The girl said to the woman dressed as Amaterasu. "Ready when you are!" | ► Good advice from the mystery lady! |

A handsome vampire had made way into the horde of people. Canines poking out from the corners of his mouth, dark circles clouded benath his scarlet orbs. His skin was pale, hair slicked back handsomely. But aside from that, he only appeared to be a certain snowwy male idol in a handsome tux. Heck, his tuxedo wasn't even from the proper age were such creatures lurked in every spooky tale.
But perhaps his handsome and confident swagger helped him pull off such an under-designed costume? His female admirerers seemed quite fond of it, fawning at every glance he gave. The fair-haired was here for them, after all. But maybe he should have gone for the biker approach...? Roughen the edges of his reputation a bit.
Winking to girls left and right and flashing the cameras his signature style, it was obvious that he wanted his identity to be known. What was better than hanging out with a couple of fangirls? Not only did it raised his popularity with fans and the media but hell, some of the girls were pretty hot.
The pulse of the beat flowed through his veins. The sound was exotic, machine-like, the beat was infectious - Sakura couldn't wait to hit the dance floor with a couple of chicks.
It didn't take long before the fair haired saw a familiar face, youthful and bright...in an unbelievably geeky costume. This wasn't a cosplay party, it was a monster bash. Monster. Was she who had had thought? The girl who had mistakenly called him a "bride"? One of those child-ladies from GEM? Like, some of those chicks were pretty hot - no lie - but others were just grasping on to youth for too long... It was kind of weird.
His attention traveled slightly before landing on a beautiful woman. He was stunned by her beauty and mature features, it was as if a goddess was presented right before him. Her presence was familiar, now that he had thought about it. But being a Halloween party, she could be anyone.
Whoever she was, Sakura needed to know her.
Turning his cool on (implying it was ever off to begin with), he strided towards the two girls wearing his most handsome and charming smile.
He greeted them silently. A simple head nod with the most attractive expression he could pull off. He needed to play cool and mature. If he could pull this off, it'd open the door to a whole new world of females.

geez Ririka, what are you even doing
Seriously, idek, she's kinda hard to play in some situations, so if there's too small of an opening, tell me and I'll try to figure out something better but not outside of her character.
Also laughing at that last sentence, as if she freaking sewed a stitch on her own outfit
And that amazake is alcoholic, even if only a little bit. I'm sure she'd drink something harder if she could, because she so could.
| got different people inside my head The girl left for medical aid, and even if she said she'd be back shortly, Ririka was sure she wouldn't be able to get very far away from where she stood. Maybe a few steps in a random direction for posing reasons, but otherwise, the seas of people would not part. Anyway...she still had to be relatively nice to people, just in case someone finds out who she is and tells people about it, and then ultimately the media...
Well, it's not like people don't know what she's like, even if it's more watered-down. She would have a hard time getting work otherwise.
When the idol came back, Ririka turned her gaze back to her before turning her entire body towards the girl. "Foolish child," she chided, stepping forward, hand extended towards the girl, for the goddess would have no fear of mortals or their machines, "your silly robot cannot even scrape me." a wry smile formed on her face. More like foolish child, you should always know where the first aid tent is, and even if you don't, are you blind but no, she'll just get into character first. or, at least, her take on the character. Amaterasu was probably supposed to be kinder than she is.
Just then, someone else was walking towards them, and Ririka easily recognised him, considering he didn't even try to hide his identity. Did he even try with anything tonight, really? At his nod, she raised an eyebrow and lowered her arm. Nope, not interested. She waved her fan in front of her face, making her dark hair flutter around her. Ririka wanted to do something else. Eat something she knew fans didn't know she liked. Or maybe that didn't matter so much. But if people were onto her, it would be best to be safe.
God, she didn't even like idols (or rather, their stupid culture) and she could easily name all of them from all the groups. They were unavoidable.
Without a word, she snapped her fan closed, tucked it into her obi, and strode right through the crowd, heading towards a drink stall. She stood still long enough, photographers be damned. Ririka had photos taken of her all the time, why would tonight be all about photos? She ordered a cup of amazake, which arrived quickly, and sat down on the side of a concrete planter...which drew in a few people and their cameras.
Maybe if some people wore better costumes, this wouldn't have happened.

Ready to Rock This woman was pretty cool, Yuki had to say. She was definitely getting into character, and she loved taunts like that in anime. In fact, the way she said that was definitely familiar to her. It sounded like something a villain might say to the hero in combat, or perhaps a particularly arrogant genius protagonist. Someone she liked, but not an all time favourite...
Amaterasu's name was on the tip of her tongue when a familiar young man swaggered over and greeted them with a nod. There was no mistaking him - Sakura Hitori. The bad boy of SUPER✩RANGERS, her favourite band. Very notorious for his playboy attitude, and with the way he looked and acted, well... whether it was his true self or a cultivated image, it was almost like he was lifted straight out of an otome game. And she'd proposed to him on TV. She'd asked him to be her bride. He'd played it off really well, but that had been embarrassing.
She started to go a little red as she remembered, but quickly blanked her mind as he smiled and nodded in greeting to them. What is he going as? A vampire? He should have some blood on him at least. A cape would be nice, too. As it was, it just looked like really formal attire, which was a bit sad. He'd look really good if he cosplayed as a character from one of his anime openings. She smiled broadly as she returned his gesture, pleased to see him in a place where they weren't having their every action broadcast around Japan.
However, it seemed the feeling wasn't mutual. The woman snapped her fan shut and walked over to a stand with purpose to grab a drink, even though they were in the middle of posing. Did they know each other? The photographers seemed a little disappointed, but most of them had already taken plenty of photos, and there were plenty more things to see.
She decided to go talk to Sakura. "Hey, dear, you're dressed a bit too stiff for Halloween." Yuki said jokingly with her gun rested on her shoulder. She wondered if he recognised her dressed like this. "Sorry about the 'wife' thing, by the way, but at least you had a great comeback to that!" She hoped it wasn't something that had upset him greatly.
Yuki decided to ask him about the woman. "Do you know her? She left in a rus..." She stopped mid sentence as something clicked. "Oh, I think I know who she is now." Yes, that voice, combined with looking a little foreign. She was pretty sure that that was Ririka Morinaka. She'd have to have another look at her close up, but her gut said she was right. | ► Sorry for the delay! I forgot to ask, but would Ririka have voiced villains? And yes, Sakura is a butt . Looks like Yuki is the only one to have put in personal effort! |

In contrast to the GEM's greeting, the beautiful woman simply snapped her fan before leaving sending a harsh chill down Sakura's spine. Wow, she was cold. But playing hard to get made her even more entrancing. A girl who didn't fall for his charm... yet. Sakura watched steadily as the goddess walked away, the twin tailed's voice jabbering in his ear. Could she just hush for a bit? He was trying to process what had just happened...
"I'm a vampire, FYI." the idol said turning to the female with a roll of his eyes. "Can't you tell?" He launched an apathetic hiss at her, bearing his fake, extended canines. He crossed his arms, running his eyes over her outrageous costume. "What're you supposed to be anyway?" Not that he cared. It was probably just some geeky thing from Akiha-dorky. Asking her might've been a bad choice now that he thought about it. She could rocket into some long-ass summary of this cartoon he could care less about.
It was only a matter of time before the pinkette brought up the bride incident. Sakura could only release a breath as he recalled the moment, all he wanted to do was bury it down forever. He was not a bride. "Yeah, thanks." the male shrugged cooly with an indifferent expression. "The guys are baggin' on me but the ladies like it so guess I can't complain."
Can they just quit the small talk? He had a woman to chase after, he wasn't interested in some girl - the thought was clearly reflected in his eyes.
His eyes suddenly flickered with interest as the GEM mentioned the older lady, a thin grin clipped onto his features. "You know her?" his tone carried his appeal. "I don't know her, but I think she should know me." his suave voice sang arrogantly in the atmosphere. He flipped a lone strand of hair back, adjusting his suit handsomely. "Care to introduce me?"

Assuming they're approaching for convenience.
| got different people inside my head She may not know a lot about each individual idol, and she didn't hate idols themselves, but she assumed they were annoying. But then again, maybe some of them were her fans, and she thankful for them, generally speaking. In any case, she couldn't be too harsh with them. That could only draw more attention, and there was enough of that. Luckily, more of the photo people were going back into the main crowd, and most of the people to the side of the streets were just enjoying a snack, too busy to be posing for or taking photos.
The little crowd cleared and she could see the two she left behind. Did nobody else notice that the girl was from GEM247? A pair of idols from two different groups interacting outside of an official event would be news-worthy, right? Scandalous, even? She didn't keep up with that kind of news, but she knew first-hand that journalists and fans would make situations out of nothing.
Without taking her eyes off of the pair of idols, Ririka crushed her empty paper cup and tossed it in a nearby trash bin, then stood up as they approached. She flipped her hair over her shoulder and held her head up in a regal manner.
Women didn't fall for children. Whatever this idol was trying to pull, it wasn't going to work.
"Did you need something?" Ririka asked once they were within earshot...though that was fairly close, considering the noise. She reached down and flattened the already-straight fabric on her kimono out of habit, looking bored with the situation. She couldn't have been figured out already, could she? Best to act as if nothing's wrong.
With her, anyway. i wonder which one that they like best |

Ready to Rock Sakura sounded very bored when he responded to her joke about his costume. There was no heart in his hiss, and anyway, if someone had to ask what you were, you hadn't succeeded. She quickly had to revise that as the idol asked what she was supposed to be. It's fine if you aren't going as something easily recognisable like a vampire. "The Gerbera Tetra Kai. It's one of the mobile suits from Stardu... err, you know what, nevermind." She'd been about to give some backstory behind it, but it looked like he didn't care at all. And yet he sings songs for anime openings.
He showed more indifference at Yuki's apology. Was he trying to be cool and indifferent, or did he genuinely not care about her? Either way, it was kind of annoying. Still, even if it was unfortunate, it was to be expected. The entertainment business was full of people who had high opinions of themselves. People had an idea due to media gossip, but you got to see it full force when you were around them every day. His eyes certainly seemed to show his disdain for the situation.
His attitude perked right up when she mentioned the woman she suspected to be Ririka. Well, that certainly made things easier to understand. The bad boy of SUPER✩RANGERS seemed interested in her. If it was her, she was way out of his league, even being who he was. She was known to be a cool customer, and if she remembered right, had some issues with her father. Yuki was familiar with family problems, though she didn't know how that might affect her.
Still, she supposed it wouldn't hurt to introduce them. She could find out if it was actually Ririka, too. "Yeah, I know her." From anime. She kept up a professional smile for him - it was a very important skill for members of GEM247 to have. She also made sure to sound positive and eager to please. "I'll be happy to introduce the two of you." She already knew how she would do so.
Yuki approached the woman with Sakura, who hoped to make a good first impression. "No, I just wanted to say that I admired your performance as Lenneth. You really brought that character to life, and I really can't see anyone else bringing across her dignity and strength." She smiled and spoke clearly, but not so loud as to draw attention. The compliment was genuine - though she was known for voicing young boys, she was also able to voice strong willed female characters as well. And it was hard to get stronger than a valkyrie.
"Oh, and this is Sakura Hitori." She said, gesturing to her counterpart. "He's a bit shy, so he wanted me to introduce him, since he feels that you should know him." She delivered this woeful introduction with a straight face. Yuki particularly liked that she'd been able to use his own words against him. Teach him to be so rude and then ask a favour. She seriously considered not even mentioning her name to force him to be creative, or even introducing her as Amaterasu, but eventually settled on at least giving her surname. It wasn't like he'd outright called her names or anything. "This is Morinaka-san." | ►I didn't know what to put for voice, so I used a Romi Paku one. Let me know if you use a different person! Shy? If anything, Sakura was not shy. He was the bad boy of the group for goodness sake! Not the little wallflower wuss who awkwardly danced around in the corner. He shot a glare in Yuki's direction, irritated by her words for the second time in his life. Was she intentionally trying to get on his bad side? Once again, the egotistical male had to save himself from the pinkette's slip up.
Putting on a warm smile he ran his fingers through his hardened, gelled hair. "I think you have me confused with someone else." Sakura gave a handsome chuckle as he patted the GEM's shoulder, sending her a gregarious smile. "Or maybe I just came off as shy during the game show? I thought what I said was pretty bold." He grabbed hold of Yuki's hand, giving a small peck on her knuckle before flashing her a wink, "And just so you know, I'll still be your knightly bride."
What a show Sakura was putting on. He would be lying if he didn't say he was proud, hell, he was convincing himself that he was a true gentleman. This was how gentlemen acted...right? As he straightened, he turned his attention to the beauty introduced as Morinaka. "It's an honor to meet you," he said with a small bow before placing a gentle kiss on her fair hand. "It's like I'm in the presence of the goddess Aphrodite." he laughed masculinely, like a man... A gentleman. He was truly impressed with himself and his acting like the egotistical little idol he was molded to be.

Sorry for the wait! Holidays and whatnot...
| got different people inside my head Ririka stared at the pink-haired idol for a moment as she revealed that she did in fact know who was under the the layers of make-up. The actress held in a sigh; how foolish was it to think she could hide for so long, to completely hide her European features in a place like Japan? For that she wasn't annoyed with the girl as much as she was annoyed with herself. "...Oh, thank you. I love her character and I enjoyed playing her very much." She replied evenly, glad that the girl didn't raise her voice too high. So this one was just a bit of a nerd, eh. Perhaps she wasn't as bad as Ririka assumed, though she usually never assumed the very best out of people, in any case. She observed, however, that the people who knew her mainly from voice acting roles were a little more subdued than the ones who knew her from film and television. Maybe because they barely saw how she looked? Or because many of them were shy? She couldn't tell.
Then again, this one was an idol, and idols had to behave a certain way in public. Even in disguise, it may be unsightly to act in an overly fannish manner. And now she was going to be civil, seeing as she had been identified and seemed to have gathered some kind of admiration from the girl...
She turned her gaze upon the one who was more haphazardly dressed. Ririka didn't even flinch as he took her hand to kiss it; it was hardly the first time that happened. Judging by how he kissed his companion's hand as well, he seemed like a charmer. It didn't seem unlikely, though, given that he was in a male group, and to charm girls was basically their job, wasn't it? She smiled wryly, but made it look more pleasant rather than mocking. "Yes, that's right. I do know you. But only from pictures and television, of course." But that was because she was so immersed in the world, and not because she was a fan or anything. "The same lines you use on your fans will not work on me." Though her voice was stern, her small smile broke into a laugh; maybe it seemed to lighten the tone of her words, but she still meant them in all seriousness.
"I suppose there may be more of you in the crowd here tonight, though I don't know the efforts they've made to hide." Or lack thereof, considering Hitori's careless costume. Ririka glanced around before stepping in a little closer so she could lower her voice before continuing. "Don't tell anyone who I am. I stick out enough as it is." Her gaze was sharp as ever and it was more of a demand than a request -- she was used to ordering people around, and sometimes it was obvious even when talking to those she had no business ordering around. Standing close to the very-obviously-famous Hitori and actually-put-effort-into-her-costume-but-could-still-be-recognisable Minase wasn't helping her chances of not being noticed by most people, but she had to make it work. Maybe it was a mistake going out tonight, but she couldn't go back now.
Ririka stepped out of their little huddle. She looked at the two of them and thought, perhaps a bit enviously, that if she was Japanese enough to be Japanese, she could have hid herself successfully in the crowd...anyway. "I'm sure there's something more interesting to do than talk to me," Ririka suggested, "I'm not a dancer, so I won't be going to any club." She looked up somewhere in the near distance where a line trailing outside of a dance club formed, and she knew there were several similar establishments not too far off; they seemed very popular, and very crowded. And probably too warm. "I'll just stay outside." And do what? Nothing in particular, honestly. Ririka just liked the idea of being out in the open and not being bothered as much as she was on a normal day. i wonder which one that they like best |

Ready to Rock Yuki beamed at Ririka's response. She'd be right in guessing who she was. It seemed that she had enjoyed playing that character as well, which was good to hear. It was sad when some seiyuu and actors rejected the character that they played. Sometimes there was good reason, sure, but it was still disappointing to see the person that brought life to the character reject the fictional persona. Perhaps it was like when she looked back on some of her old drawings became embarrassed? Maybe she'd learn the reasoning behind it in the future.
Other than a glare directed at her, Sakura managed to hide his annoyance at her introduction. He clearly wasn't about to get angry in public, especially when he was trying to impress a girl... no, a woman. She couldn't help but giggle at his little performance when he went so far as to kiss her hand and wink. "Of course, my mistake. You're definitely not a shy guy." OK, maybe her heart skipped a beat when he did that. Even if he was an obvious flirt, Sakura was still quite attractive and a talented singer. Haha, he really is a vamp! She'd have to be careful.
The older woman knew who Sakura was, evidently, and told him that his attempts weren't going to work on her. She seemed used to it, since she didn't seem to hold him any ill-will. I wonder if she knows me... probably not, since Yuki was pretty new to this, but maybe she was really good at keeping up with affairs.
Clearly she didn't want to be recognised, however, as she had guessed. Yuki had been right not to fangirl over her. She made an awkward cross over her heart with her left hand, her gun being in the right. "Cross my heart. Won't tell a soul." Privacy was important to those who had none, and she wasn't going to take that away from her. She too was relieved that no-one, save Sakura, had recognised her.
Evidently she wouldn't be going into the clubs, and that suited Yuki just fine. "I'm not gonna be dancin' in this, either. Besides, I'm not sure they'd let me in, either because of age or because I'll fall on someone." She had plenty of fun looking at all the costumes outside, posing for photos, and talking with people. Unfortunately, it might not be best to talk about Ririka's career - someone could easily overhear. Also, what did Sakura want to do? He seemed more the clubbing sort of person. | ►Oh Sakura, you try so hard! |

She was unphased by Sakura's move. Even Minase gave a satisfying reaction! And that meant a lot considering everything she's done so far ticked him off one way or another. Come to think of it, she was pretty cute when he teased her... He made a mental note to explore her shyer side a bit more. He returned his attention to the woman who stood before him, expressing astonishment yet amusement. It wasn't the first time a girl had gave Sakura the cold shoulder, though the occasion was rather rare. In all honesty, girls who didn't care were the most fun to chase after, when independent women clung on to him as if he were their sole life source, he felt the most satisfied.
"Now, Miss Morinaka, do you really think that poorly of me?" the fair-haired grinned. The comment was like a stab to his womanizing tactics, never would he use the same line once - that was the first rule! Pick-up lines always seemed more genuine when uttered the first time. Sakura would have felt insulted if she hadn't covered her bitter pitch with laughter. Yet she had acknowledged his fame. To be noticed by Morinaka felt as like an achievement considering her tricky attitude so far, especially since the tone enveloped in her speech gave Sakura the impression that she was rather embittered about knowing him. She obviously didn't like him, or anyone as a matter of fact. He briefly began to reconsider if she was even worth the hassle or not.
His suspicions were further confirmed by the beauty's subtle request for them to leave. Why wouldn't they want to converse with a famous actress? And why was she making it so hard for them to actual converse with her? It sounded awfully familiar, like an excuse Sakura used in high school to get out of talking to girls below his personal standards. The topic of clubbing was brought up, raising the teen's hopes, but both girls declining the dance floor's open invitation. A mix of disappointment and malevolence clouded Sakura's scarlet orbs, his mouth forming a thing frown. Why even go to a party if you're not even going to party? It's not like this was some public stunt to gather the fans' approval, they didn't have to be here. Sakura gave a soft sigh, giving a small roll of his eyes before continuing to play the part of a gentleman. He began to consider more drama rolls after realizing that his natural talent was "amazingly believable". Maybe then Morinaka would be forced to like him.
"Clubs are rather terrible," Sakura agreed with the girls, lying through his pearly whites. "People without any class or self-respect gathered in one place, acting like rules don't exist. It's a saddening sight." The fair haired nodded with a disappointed expression, slightly mockingly. Some of those low-class hooligans were his buddies. Drunken nights, singing in the street, waking up in some random place - those were the risks he loved to take! Of course his tales are more small-scaled now due to his strict profession but the lasting memories he had made were priceless.
