The events that Kasumi usually organized tended to be somewhat big affairs that would involve the whole Afternoon Delight group. As their leader she felt full responsibility to make sure everyone was involved and engaged, which would in turn create wonderful results for them and their loyal fans. Lately though she'd been feeling a strong desire to do something a lot smaller with just one other person, just to get some private time to spend with them. She'd had that one person on the mind a lot since a bit before their last group meeting and was increasingly confused on how to act around them. Maybe, she thought, she'd be able to sort through them if she just had the opportunity to work with that person one-on-one in an environment without the pressures of their normal idol work. It was uncertain if this tactic would really work but she certainly thought it was worth a shot. If nothing else Sasumi felt like she needed to spend more time with that person or else her confused feelings might get way out of control.
That wouldn't be conducive to her abilities to lead Afternoon Delight so she'd gone ahead and invited them, casually, to come over to her place for a jam session. No pressure. Just a chance to sit around an otherwise empty house (her family was conveniently out of town, with their dog) and share the joy of instrumental music. She'd actually pitched it as a chance to try out new instruments in a relaxed atmosphere, offering to teach the other some electric guitar chords. Sasumi had even proposed that she try to play some of the other girl's classical instruments as well. That girl was coming. Jojo, the resident virtuoso of Afternoon Delight was coming to her place soon and that was all that Sasumi could think of. Every little thing was reminding her of the girl lately, so maybe she just wanted to spend some time with her. Surely that was it. Otherwise.. she didn't even know what it would be otherwise.
Despite billing the get-together as a casual jam session Kasumi had for some reason felt like she needed to dress up a bit. Jojo was always wearing kimonos after all, so she probably just felt like she'd be less out of place in less casual clothes. Surely the green haired girl wouldn't mind that Afternoon Delight's leader was waiting for her a bit dressed up. A nice long black skirt and crisp white blouse like you'd wear for a formal concert, of course accessorized with things that didn't match it at all. Her peacock-inspired headband was back, along with a rather sparkly red and gold necklace and a bronze colored bracelet on her left arm decorated with faux sapphires and emeralds. Tacky costume jewelry to others but really pretty to Sasumi. Now she was pacing near the front door, having already set up her guitar and amp in her bedroom. If nothing else she was always prepared for things. Except for the odd stirrings that kept occurring when it came to Jojo, stirrings of a sort she hadn't felt for a long time. If she could just sort those out today it would have been a productive day. When she thought she heard someone at the front door, she ran up and swung it open.
Smiling very cheerfully, she announced, "Welcome! You didn't get lost on your way, did you? Please come in!"

Jojo enjoyed the morning in the usual light of things. The normalcy that she was far from understanding the vindictive assignment; yet, she did feel slightly giddy for teaching another how to play a classical instrument. Granted, cello was one thing she just loved the most but teaching it was just not the time. She never trusted anyone to touch her cello. It was the one instrument she was attached to more than anything else was in the world, and she just could not utilize it for the plans today. Therefore, Jojo pushed her classical glass harmonica along. The hills and mile distance between the two houses made a good excuse to walk rather than take a car there but also provided the arm aching movement of up and down the hills between them. Curiously, when she saw the address that she had received from Sasumi she almost could not believe how close the two lived together.
Nonetheless, she did happen to push the instrument along, thank god for wheels on them, as she moved with a subtle grace all the same, disguised with her black hair wig while keeping the golden contacts in she moved with ease. Granted today she wore something very unlike what her norm was. She was wearing jeans, denim tight fitting jeans with a teal blouse on top. Because she had to walk such a distance, wearing a kimono was far too unusual for her to walk a distance in. Then again, she could say the same since she never wore shoes at all so her feet were chilled to the bone from the cold and snow laden outside weather. It sucked that she hated shoes, or else she would wear some boots for it. However, she did make it to the house and with a knock on the door, she was surprised to see Sasumi so dressed up.
Jojo never went anywhere without a kimono, her traditionally purple kimono she normally wore out was folded delicately on top of the instrument she pushed but she wore such casual things because she was told specifically that this was a casual thing. “Um, hi there Sasumi-chan. I never actually knew your house was so close to mine.” Inevitably, Jojo lived in the traditional Japanese manor down the road that served as a hotel for most while she herself was presently living there as an honored guest but this house was huge compared to what she was used to seeing. “Oh, I brought the glass harmonica by the way. It is one of the few underused instruments that always have a beautiful sound and thought you might like to try it out first.” At least that was she excuse for saying she did not trust anyone with her cello for now.
Jojo enjoyed this kind of get together though as she pushed the glass harmonica into the greeting room, her eyes looking about for an empty space, such as the living room, to put it in and only smiled, happy that the wheels did not leave any tracks or mud/snow behind. Her eyes inspecting the glass while setting the kimono onto a chair, “We have to let the instrument adjust to the room temperature just to keep the glass from cracking. That way we keep it safe and useable since it is quite an old instrument.” Truth is told it was about five generations old, an instrument passed through her family for many years, and more so many years to come if all went well with Jojo being the heir to the musical performers of her family. Thankfully, her chilly bare feet were warming up as well now.

When Sasumi had informed her classical musician friend that this was a casual affair she'd meant to suggest that the get-together wasn't a formal practice and there were no real expectations for results. Somehow she'd ended up getting more dressed up than the girl she had fully expected to arrive wearing a kimono. Opening the door to find the girl she'd been thinking about a lot just standing there in jeans and a blouse was pretty surprising. Almost instantaneously her cheeks got red as the sensation of being overdressed for what amounted to just hanging out came over her. Jojo had to think she was kind of weird for getting all dressed up, didn't she? Sasumi quietly let her enter the home as she sorted through her misgivings whilst also trying to slow down her heart as it insisted on speeding up. Just because Jojo was now in the house. Of course she had the wig on again, which was kind of disappointing for Sasumi since she much preferred to see Jojo's normal green color.
Trying to be helpful she even motioned to a corner of the living room to set up the glass harmonica where it would be safe from potential accidents. If they were going to set up things in this room she'd have to go fetch her guitar so that Jojo wasn't the only one teaching things about the instrument she played. Yet Sasumi couldn't get herself to leave the room, despite knowing that it'd be best to get things set up right now. Instead she just watched Jojo as the girl set her kimono down in a chair and examined the glass instrument (presumably to check for the cracks she was worried about). She hadn't been totally wrong about the kimono then, since Jojo had brought one along after all. Still she was glad that she hadn't given into the urge to wear her own kimono. Her heart beat a little harder as she observed the other girl, then Sasumi shook her head and tried to dismiss the thoughts that came to her. Thoughts about how mature and pretty the other girl was.
"A glass harmonica? I've never heard of that before, but it sounds very interesting. If it's such an old instrument I'm really humbled that you'd take it all the way to my house and let me try it, Jojo-chan. That's really kind of you," she managed to speak at last, clawing desperately for conversation topics in her mind.
She smiled sheepishly as she added, "My guitar's ready to go but it's up in my bedroom. I was practicing some chords and tuning it this morning so that it'd be ready for you to use when you got here. If you'd like I can go get it and bring it down here.."
"Um.. I don't think I've seen you not wearing a kimono before.. you like nice," she added, kicking herself immediately afterwards for speaking more what was on her mind.

Jojo smiled with the girl’s compliments and grace for the instrument that she thought of Jojo bringing the old instrument of hers all the way there. It was uniquely just one of the few moments when she felt like a teacher in this own intriguing thing. Not only that, but the very timing of this ordeal meant that all instrumental knowledge she held can be poured out and even aid in teaching another how special music is. Jojo loved music more than her own life, to get something like that and share it with another was something special and with a fellow idol from the same group made the interaction that much more special since all idols Jojo has met hated Jojo teaching them since her style was a bit rough around the edges. It was just how she was after all. That teaching style has left many in the quakes of failure but hopefully this individual would be good enough not to fail.
Music was key to life, life was key to Jojo, and Jojo was key to music. It was a rough triangle, but one that worked nonetheless and at the same instance she enjoyed and favored it evens more, in how it seemed. She liked things like this while setting up and finally spinning the coils of the harmonica. The silent spinning relevant, as she listened to all that the girl said, even that part of how Jojo never wore clothing outside that of a kimono. “Oh, if you are uncomfortable I can always change into a kimono. I do not happen to own many clothes outside those of kimonos, plus they aid in hiding my tattoo,” woops, that was a bit of information she never actually told anyone nor even let other members know. The tattoo went from her arm on towards her back, hidden beneath skin makeup that matched her skin for the day.
Just one of the many precautions she always took because so many moments of the past led her to believe tattoos were of defiance. Tattoos even diminished beauty, if she looked beautiful without a kimono, what would a tattoo do to add to the mix? Jojo knew only so much and was wondering just what this girl was going to say about this, it was after all one of those hidden secrets that were her own. Jojo took a water bottle and with pouring, the water into the glass bowl set into the harmonica space she looked at the girl with a smile and it seemed as though she was still hiding behind the masks of beauty. Her natural beauty was never hidden by makeup, save for the tattoo and already she was beat red because of that.

Sasumi was perfectly fine with the fact that Jojo was wearing something besides her typical kimono. She really felt that it was important for you to be comfortable and express your own style whenever you had a free choice of clothing. When they performed on stage, of course, they were assigned costumes by the company and usually those costumes were very cute. Jojo almost always wore a kimono, though, and the surprise at seeing her in something besides the traditional garment was still wearing off. Her compliment about the green haired girl looking nice had been meant with full honesty; the clothes she'd chosen to wear today were very complimentary and showed that Jojo really had good taste. As she watched the other member of Afternoon Delight prepare the glass harmonica her heart kept on beating fast. Such expertise and grace, such a considerate girl to offer to change into something more formal so that Sasumi didn't feel out of place. Those feelings were back at the forefront of her mind, causing her to blush and making her wish desperately for something to intervene and stop her from having them.
Then Jojo remarked that she had a tattoo she kept hidden. This did very little to help Sasumi in trying to chase the perplexing thoughts from her mind. Now she was devilishly curious as to where this tattoo was upon the demure idol's body. Though she was certainly of a much lower social standing than her guest Sasumi knew immediately that those thoughts were improper and inconsiderate. If Jojo was hiding this body art then she might not want to talk about it. Considering how young she was to have a tattoo, Sasumi had to assume that she'd gotten it knowingly and willingly. Jojo wasn't the kind of girl who would get drunk and end up with a tattoo in the morning nor to have it forced upon her. As it turned out there was more to this girl than she'd ever known before, and honestly the fact that she had a tattoo did nothing to dampen her interest in the girl. Sasumi gulped as she stepped over towards the instrument her fellow idol was prepping and stared at Jojo again.
"You don't need to change clothes on account of me, Jojo-chan. And if you have a tattoo, I think that's actually really interesting.. but if you don't want to talk about it, we won't talk about it. Easy as that," Sasumi replied, half-fascinated by the odd instrument and half by the girl who was readying it. She was starting to speak without realizing what she was saying, "I just got dressed up because I thought it'd be nice to do so since you're visiting my home for the first time. Actually I couldn't find my own kimono, so this was the next best thing.. um.. but you do look very nice, Jojo-chan."
The thoughts wouldn't leave her mind, and maybe someone mature like the virtuoso in her presence could help her sort through them. Sasumi added, "Can I ask you a question? Hypothetically.. is it OK for a girl who's dated boys before to have those kinds of feelings.. romantic feelings.. attraction.. to another girl?" Her face was very red as she asked, and she hoped it could be answered quickly so they could get to the music. That would be safer to think about!

Jojo understood the clothing thing, and she was glad that Afternoon Delight’s face had thought of the tattoo as interesting rather than a cursed blemish. Yet not talking about it while saying it was interesting, that led Jojo to believe that the blemish was actually needed to be talked about to satisfy a curiosity and that led her to giggle lightly to herself. However, she was surprised that this girl was all dressed up because she was always wearing kimonos and yet she could only giggle aloud for that. She never thought she had such a pertinent outlook, and more so one on this girl that held such a demeanor to herself than anything else as well. That definitely allowed her to completely and amply enjoy the company that much more. The girl in front of her was quite something else, and the responses and courteous necessities were truly that of something far different than she had ever thought before.
However, she encountered something, a question that she was highly unfamiliar with. A question that was quite staggering in its own much more so than not. She prospered with thought on the matter, taking into the many considerations of how she herself felt about it. “Well, to be honest you and everyone else of Afternoon Delight should know by now that I like both genders and so my opinion is just one side of the coin. So how about I show you the ventures of your feelings like this instrument here.” She proceeded to the instrument, soaking her hands into the water lightly before using her foot to apply the necessary pressure on the pedal to allow the instrument to spin. “Like love, this instrument is quite delicate. Delicate to the touch and to the way it is presented to the air.”
To show this, her fingers ran along the instrument producing a harmonious sound, “Like all fragile things, if one part breaks,” taking her fingers off to show no more sound, “it will die yet time will keep going like this instrument that keeps spinning without any noise.” She returned, moving her fingers along and producing a melody, “Love is a dance of the hearts of two beings no matter the gender. One is only the instrument that produces the sound while the other is the hand that pushes the instrument, the two molds together to produce such harmony. The dance the two shares is completely symbiotic and harmonious. The answer you seek from me, will be your answer to whether or not you can supply such pressure of your hand to the instrument of love.” Jojo smiled, her allusions and her pure demonstration ending as she wiped her shoulder lightly, showing a small black line, a small portion to her tattoo.

Sasumi under almost any situation would not have voiced her curiosity over whether a girl who'd dated boys might be able to like girls the same romantic way. The answer could go a long ways towards helping her sort out her jumbled feelings, sure. Asking it was impolite as a topic even amongst friends when the purpose of their get-together was to play music. This was a rare opportunity to share their musical talents together in a work environment other than work too. Jojo had often talked about instruments she could play, which always made the leader of Afternoon Delight so curious. Some were familiar sounding but she wouldn't for the life of her have known what a glass harmonica was before Jojo had brought one over to her home today. Its sound was wonderfully harmonic, a unique and peaceful sound that did end up helping her work on those feelings she had bundled up inside her heart.
Which was still beating fast, more so than even before. Maybe there was something wrong with it. That would be very bad and explain her feelings a lot more peculiarly than what she was fearing the meaning was. Why did she fear it? Because it was different? Jojo did her best to explain her opinion on the matter without, it seemed, directly trying to guide Sasumi's own. Using the instrument as a vehicle to explain things was actually a very helpful method. Its harmony calmed her down enough that she could think about what her feelings could mean. There had to be a careful balance, apparently. Did she think the feelings were strange? A little, because it was her first time having them for a girl but not because they were inherently unnatural. They did seem to get along very well, balancing each other out in such a lovely harmonious manner not unlike the tones the harmonica emitted. Sasumi stepped forward and dipped her hands in the water, ready to try the instrument herself.
"Oh, what am I doing? I'm sorry, is it okay to try to play it?" she asked, realizing she'd just assumed that it was okay. As she looked at Jojo expectantly for an answer she noticed the hint of black on the girl's shoulder. Her heart raced again and she felt like reaching out to touch it for a moment before restraining herself and making a compromise.
"Is that your tattoo, Jojo-chan? I think I'd like to see it sometime, but only when you're comfortable showing me," she added before she hesitated. Should she move forward with her feelings as she understood them?
Sasumi didn't dare touch the glass harmonica without permission, but she did kind of bounce in place out of nervousness, "So what if, hypothetically again, that girl was in the same room as the other girl who's making them feel that way? What should she do?"

Jojo only smiled, and the strain of skin makeup on her finger had made a slight smudge of the glass harmonica. It would do no harm so long as she cleaned it later that night, her fingers tracing the instrument in such fashions as to create slopes of symbiotic sound. Such natural sound that funneled with a glee of the moment one could say. Jojo absolutely loved the way the sound formulated and played itself out as she could only understand in the unique format of what one could utilize. Jojo only did so much in the world and that was play music, conduct it once or twice, but the majority of the time was play music and now she was brought to question on two or three things. Speculation on the third but the first two were definitely questions as she would only smile and nod her head with a calm understanding.
“Anytime you wish to have me bring an instrument here, assume I want you to play it. Never ask unless it is my cello, alright?” With that she would dip a small dry towel into the water and then step back, “Play with only your fingertips, a foot on the pedal, the harder you press down the faster it will go, slower will lower and deepen the tone.” With that she would step away a couple feet and began wiping away the makeup from her shoulder, and on down her arm. The tattoo was extensive, tracing from the rounding of her shoulder, shoulder blade, and on down to the scruff of her wrists as she revealed the tattoo was a large musical scale from the treble clef on down to the final note of Bach’s Suite No. 5: Prelude. A song she always played as a warm up on her cello, one that if one reads music notes, knew quite well with knowing Jojo.
However, after wiping her arm clean of all make up and revealing the musical tattoo she would smile and then look at the girl and only smiled, having gone behind her while wiping, assuming the girl played the music. “Hypothetically the girl in the same room may or may not already have decided a feeling for the girl making her feel that way I assume. Well as you play the instrument you will see what I mean,” Her hands glided along the girl’s own arms, fingertips atop fingertips as she moved the fingers into a gentle wave along the glass. “We see that the two, hypothetically, create such harmony that the Gods will weep tears of joy,” and as if to announce her saying it, it had happened to start raining hard outside. “Such things are hypothetical though, unless the girl doing the liking pounces on those feelings with full heart in mind.”

If there was one thing for certain about this casual jam session, it was that Jojo really had a way with words that kept Sasumi hanging on each one. With how confused she'd suddenly become about her own feelings it was kind of a nice break to have a few things that she could completely understand. Even Jojo's explanation of how she should just trust that instruments brought over to her house really were to be played had the Afternoon Delight leader's full attention. This was a very new instrument to her, so there was only one way to approach trying to play it: commit her full unwavering attention to the delicate instrument her friend had brought over. Thus she was totally unaware that Jojo was actually uncovering her tattoo, only hearing the other's voice as it gave her the instructions on how to play the glass harmonica. Cautiously, gently Sasumi reached into the water again to wet her fingers before gently running a finger along the surface of the instrument. At the same time she pushed the pedal very gently as if afraid she might break it by doing it any harder.
As a low, deep done came out she grinned and increased the pressure on the pedal enough to elevate the pitch. Playing a song of any kind was out of the question for the moment but she would definitely be able to experiment with some notes right away. The idol leader now used both hands to create tones, unaware still of Jojo's exact position in the room. Not nearly as impressive as someone who'd been playing it more like Jojo but at least she was getting notes that didn't sound absolutely terrible! That was a good start as far as she was concerned. Then suddenly her hands weren't alone on the instrument's surface. They were joined by a second pair which helped guide her own into the gentle waves over the glass needed to create music with it. Fingers over her own, so gentle and elegant.. they belonged to Jojo, she realized. Sasumi had calmed a bit through the gentle gestures of playing the glass harmonica but this realization sent her heart racing again. They were talking about her own feelings, the girl who was causing them stood right behind her and seemed to be suggesting something groundbreaking. If she wanted to become open with the feelings, maybe.. just maybe it would be okay for her to do so. Certainly there had been the feeling of a charge of energy up and down her arms when her virtuoso friend had run her hands down them. The beginning of rainfall outside was dramatic, perfectly illustrating Jojo's eloquent explanation of the hypothetical scenario. And that was when Sasumi's heart threw caution to the wind.
"Then maybe... she should step forward," the idol leader gulped, then took a deep breath before announcing, "Um.. Jojo-chan.. the girl is.. um.. me.. and I don't know if this will hurt our friendship or Afternoon Delight.. but.. um.. I-I think..."
She stopped, gazed down at their united hands, "No.. I know... that somehow, some way I really like another girl.. and just trying to work out my feelings is driving me crazy.. I.. I like you, Jojo-chan."

Jojo could only smile at the way the girl seemed to be stimulated through the touch, the voice, and all of such that went through the girl in front of her. When the playing of music stopped she listened to the voice, listened to Afternoon Delight’s leader respectably and almost submissively reply in such tones that were astonishing low. Yet with such stutters Jojo only could smile and nod, her eyes closed as she had a feeling that the hypothetical situations were indeed about the two of them. To be honest, she thought of the fellow idol as capable, smart, cute, or maybe beautiful was a better word. Nonetheless, Jojo found this situation to be quite the origin to a stimulation that she did not think could hurt their friendship nor the band itself. Granted she was already thinking ahead, the way the press would respond if they knew and even the other band members.
“It is alright to feel anxious about such feelings. It is how we live, we as idols live in the moment and only have our own reputable lives in consideration while once another feeling, a feeling that drives home a liking or love for another steps in… Once that steps in, we disregard all possible reputation and just go at it like the music we choreograph, play, and sing. It is from such things that we find our own selves into a life of solitude while those who do find such love can only keep it going so long as the secret is kept safe or even when the press don’t make much fuss over it.” Jojo knew such feelings would probably only bolster their reputations but the fact the two were girls could, on the other hand, diminish and destroy their reputations. Jojo did not know how to go about such a topic.
So, she just went off feeling. Her eyes looking at the back of head to the girl in front of her, blush lining her cheeks as she would lift her arms and make for a wrapping as she hugged the girl from behind, her arms warm and body snug against that of the idol group’s leader. “Sasumi-chan, we truly do fit together in many ways. Our personalities compliment and even make up for one another, our playing styles as well. I with the old and you with the new; it brings in a different aspect of such feeling I could ever possess. I think it is great that you like me, and I can definitely propose liking you in my own way.” Did she have feelings for the girl, yes, and could those feelings later become loving ones, yes to that as well.
Jojo was a loving girl, she loved a great many things and people were few on the list but those she would eventually come to love were indeed made out to be loved by her in many ways perceived way. Jojo soon found herself in making out to crane her head over, a hand from the hug lifting the chin of the girl in front of her lightly as she asked, “Is it alright for me to kiss you?” This was awkward, perhaps because the blush along her face and even the feeling of completion between herself and the way she was with this girl right now. In past circumstances she randomly kissed many people for no reason at all, so now that there was a reason, she wanted to make the kiss all the more meaningful, all the more jovial for herself and the girl before her.

Okay, calm down, Sasumi told herself after making the big confession to her green haired friend. Now that it was out in the open she felt relieved enough that her thoughts were starting to untangle themselves. The feeling of being confused was still there but now with the promise of hope since Jojo had gone a ways towards convincing her that such feelings were okay. While the green haired idol continued to respond to her latest round of questions Sasumi even felt herself relaxing. There were rules against dating but Jojo's words made her feel like she had a right to pursue something like this, no matter how awkward it was to realize she liked the girl so much. Sasumi ran her fingers over the glass harmonica again, creating some harmonious notes that drifted up to her ears and further soothed her nerves. This was all before the other girl actually responded to her confession with words on her own feelings about the Afternoon Delight leader.
When they came Sasumi was very glad that her back was turned to Jojo. Her face was instantly as red as the most precious rose, the sort that a boy had once given her in days before she'd become an idol. That hadn't held a candle to the intensity of the moment as Jojo summed up the feelings that Sasumi herself had been going through for a while. Somehow they were a lot more poetic and beautiful when coming from Jojo's lips. The black haired girl gulped again, feeling her crush's hands sliding away from hers and hugging her from behind just before confessing (Sasumi thought she was anyway) that she liked Sasumi too. Then the biggest, most nerve-wracking moment of the whole ordeal leaped out as Jojo softly lifted her chin so their eyes met again. And in preparation for the sign of affection that she requested permission for. Sasumi's heart raced once again, eyes widening in alarm at first before relaxing to their naturally kind appearance. She was capable of running meetings for one of the most successful musical acts in Japanese history, but this left her speechless. Her decision making shut down and once more her heart took over. Sasumi's hands lifted from the glass harmonica, each taking hold of one of Jojo's very lightly.
"Since you asked so nicely, yes.. I'd.. I'd like that, I think," she finally spoke, blushing more if that were even possible. It wouldn't be her first kiss, but somehow it felt like this was bound to be the most memorable and intense.

Jojo could feel Sasumi’s blood pulse faster at the lightness of the touch, soon her hands joined by Sasumi’s as Jojo heard the voice speak, the go ahead given to her on how she can now proceed to kiss Sasumi. It would be a terrible thing to say that there were no sparks. It was a matter of just how the melodies of the glass harmonica put out into the air, the way the musical notes fluttered from the glass along wet and damp finger tips. It was similar to just how harmonious Jojo had explained love in the situation of playing until finally Jojo’s neck craned perfectly, her arms pulling Sasumi’s body closer as her lips came down. Their lips touch slowly and gently. Jojo did not waste the moment of the kiss, her arms holding Sasumi to her, the kiss itself was empowered by the soft lips, the way Jojo’s hair seemed to sheen the two into a curtain, their faces hidden yet the kiss madly happening.
Such a kiss lasted for what seemed forever and yet after ten seconds Jojo seemed to feel faint, she had been holding her breath. Willingly, she never kissed anyone before and yet this kiss was the most enticing thing she had ever felt and it took everything in her not to gasp when she brought her head back with a slow intake of breath, their lips parting as she had moved in such a situation to be gently holding her. The kiss was delightful, though short as it may have seemed, Jojo did not want to stop but she had to be careful not to scare away her friend, the friend who had just accepted the kiss from her own lips willingly. This was real, it was no random kiss either, this kiss was real and the feelings welling up inside Jojo who was red as a beet, was real.

Sasumi felt her heart pound with every milimeter closer her friend's lips drew, reacting with mad anticipation for the coming intimate moment. Words that had been spoken only partially prepared her for that moment no matter how poetic the virtuoso with green hair had been. She gazed up into the other girl's eyes at first but suddenly closed her own as the anticipation grew too much. The, just like that, soft tender lips met her own at last. Hesitantly she opened her eyes again; she wasn't sure that any of this was really happening, believing that if she were to look the girl kissing her would vanish like a spectre. Instead there was green hair to the left and right, giving them some privacy unintentionally. Her grip around Jojo tightened and she leaned up a little bit out of what been habit during her last relationship. That had been with a boy who was taller than herself so she'd always felt a need to lean up to make sure he didn't have to lean down too much. There were similiarities between the few kisses she'd shared with him but this was undeniably more potent.
Her last time dating anyone had ended up being with a classmate who had never become anyhting more in her heart than a friend; he must have felt the same way because they'd broken up on good terms. This kiss was different. Sasumi's feelings were only strengthened by the tender moment, bringing to mind all the things she'd grown to admire in her fellow idol. When their lips at last parted Sasumi's face was a complete match for Jojo in color, a strong red that related her own emotions. Now she was certain that her feelings were very genuine, very strong and returned by the object of her affection. Though they were no longer kissing she still held onto Jojo as if letting go would mean that the green haired girl would leave her. Now that she'd found out what her feelings meant, more or less, she wanted to make sure they would continue to be returned.
"That was amazing.. thanks for asking," she managed at first, then rested her chin on the other girl's shoulder, "But what do we do now? Does this mean we should go on dates or something?"

Jojo Kaguya
Jojo smiled, the way this girl responded was phenomenal to say the least. Jojo was thrilled by the kiss, the passion behind it as it completely and absolutely empowered her to formulate and even tie in the desperation that she so clearly loved into her mindset and lovely body. She enjoyed it, caressed it, and ultimately loved just what there was about the factor of such a thing. No way in hell could she not let go of this girl who just held onto her for so long, holding her to such a degree that it felt completely astonishing that it just kept her holding herself to the complete matter. Jojo felt the grip tighten inside the empowered kiss, the lips so tenderly drawn upon her own in such a manner. It was completely different than what she was normally brought to bear as such a lovely encounter as this drove her to a manner completely different.
Such a thing as this, it truly did the best in drawing the best out of her as she encountered her eyes to looking upon this girl as their kiss had separated their lips as she looked upon this individual. Jojo absolutely saw this as a clear and complete manner as she spied upon this with a smiling manner. Jojo only smiled, having heard the questions as she grinned and with which she would nod and with which she popped her neck once as she grinned, “Yes, any kiss between us due to me asking, now matters for us to date. I do not mind you deciding where but I do suggest that we take the dates slow, take them slow and carefully because we want what we have to be pure.” Pure and away from the public’s eye, that was just the way she saw it.
Too many idols in the past have lost their love, their livelihood, and not only that but the very definitions of lost hope as well to the matters of complete and absolute dissolution of their own love in the eye of the public opinion. Jojo did not want that for these two, especially when by chance the two of them could have a completely and absolutely wonderful love if it can draw upon her a delightful feeling. Kissing Sasumi, brought her to a new light and she felt the electricity of the kiss. That only went to show that she knew how bad this could get but at the same time, she was young and restless in the same manner as she hugged tightly, “Sasumi, I would like for us to be safe with this, not secretive but safe nonetheless. Can you agree?”

The question of what to do moving forward was a very relevant one in the wake of the astonishing kiss the two idols had just shared. Clearly there would be no going back to how things were, nor would Sasumi wish that to be so. Before she'd been confounded and mystified by the peculiar feelings blooming inside herself. She knew very well that as a prominent idol group's leader she couldn't afford to be seen having any kind of romantic relationship as per the rules of the industry. If Afternoon Delight was to reach the top again she believed she'd need to be there to help guide its ascent. The truth was that she loved Afternoon Delight, but she was realizing that she might be falling in love with Jojo as well. How to balance the two would be the biggest challenge Sasumi had yet faced but for now she just wanted to bask in the afterglow of the romantic moment.
"Actually I really like where you're goin' with that, Jojo-chan. 'Specially since something like this should be freakin' pure," Sasumi responded immediately before she realized that she'd somehow lapsed into her regional dialect. Her face turned a deep crimson and suddenly she looked away so the other girl wouldn't see how embarrassed she was. Here she was trying to impress a demure, mature upper class girl and talking like a hick! Stupid Sasumi!
After a few moments of panic she recovered herself enough to apologize, "I'm sorry for that outburst, Jojo-chan. But everything you said makes perfect sense to me, especially being safe but not secretive about this. We need to plan out our dates enough that we can go out without attracting any of the wrong attention. Unfortunately I think we're probably going to attract attention no matter how well we plan things out, since we're well known idols.."
This was when an idea hit her and she smiled, "But what if.. we both wore disguises? That way we'd be less likely to attract unwanted attention, right?"
