PERSONALITY Fujiko has always been a brave girl. She was always the first to step up to something that was universally feared out of her group of childhood friends and that hasn't changed with time. Aside from that, she is very knowledgeable, never turning down an opportunity to learn something new. She has lots of random facts in her head, and she knows a lot of different hobbies simply because she takes an interest in learning new things to spend time with.
Fujiko can be a bit careless with her words, saying what she is thinking before she can stop to evaluate whether it should be said at all. This can lead to her hurting her friends or just causing her to be a bit flustered in front of an interviewer.
She's also pretty gullible and naive, taking people at their word regardless of whether they are trustworthy or not. She will believe mostly anything you say to her, aside from the painfully obvious like the sky being purple. HISTORY Fujiko was born and raised in Tokyo by her down-to-earth father and her sweet-hearted mother. Her mother introduced Fujiko to music simply by singing to her when she was a child. Her mother didn't have the star quality voice but she enjoyed singing, a love she passed to Fujiko. When she told her father that she wanted to be an idol, he scoffed at her and told her to focus on her studies so she could attract a suitable man so she wouldn't have to work, like her mother.
Fujiko wasn't on board with following her mother's footsteps but she focused on her studies, until a chance to spread her wings came. An audition for new stars for Houkago Project. She entered under her parents' noses. When she won the audition she was overjoyed and immediately underwent the rigorous training to dance and model. It began to show in her studies and finally her father confronted her.
When she admitted to taking the audition and sticking with it, her father was furious and at one point threatened to disown her. Her mother helped him calm down enough to actually make a deal with Fujiko. If she didn't impress her father at her first major gig, she would have to give up on being an idol and focus on school. She accepted without a second thought and doubled her efforts in her studies and her training.
When her first gig approached, she had taken to dancing like second nature and her modeling skills were decent. She blew away her parents and established a sizable fanbase with her debut. With her father's approval she put her full efforts into her idol career, and has made a pretty good name for herself within Afternoon Delight and for her solo modeling career.
She chose her stage name for the flower that her mother named her after, Wisteria.
APPEARANCE She has great skin that doesn't require much more than a moisturizer and is clear of blemishes, mostly due to her mother's constant attention. Her hair is past her waist but she keeps it in braids to keep it from tangling, which oddly became her trademark due to wisteria being a vine flower.
As for her body type, she is on the curvy side, though she does appear a bit thinner around her midsection than most curvy girls. Her hair color is lavender and her natural eye color is blue, though the white power button pupils are an effect of contacts.
