SETTING
The streets of Harajuku are closed for the night.
The bright lights of the crowded district buzz, skeletons and pumpkins decorate the scene.
Elaborate costumes of colorful characters and ghastly ghouls fill the majestic street. Huddled in its center is a DJ, blasting the year's most entrancing dance music, a crowd forms around him dancing to his captivating beat. The brisk fall air keeps the guests cool, their breath shows a faint visibility. Several vendors scatter on it's sides, selling themed merchandise and foods of all sorts.
The beat is pounding, the guests are dancing, tonight is the night where the dead come to party.
