Coding help?

Hello!

After I registered this account, I've been trying to post my application for Akane. However, the coding isn't really working the way I've wanted it too. I've repasted it a few times and each time it doesn't change. It keeps all the letters capitalized and messing with the picture I placed on there. I'm not sure whether I should just edit for the picture? As for the capitalization I'm completely lost on how to fix that...

Haha, sorry for all the questions but I'm not much of the coding guru, so some help would really be nice! Thank you for reading.

Hello and welcome to the site, I went ahead and fixed the coding for you but the image you have is originally fuzzy so I would say you should get another image, unless you want to go ahead and continue using that one, it's really up to you.
