PERSONALITY
There are two very distinct sides to Kazuki, and it can be very difficult to know which one you will get. The first is his good side, the one he always seems to put on in public. Calm, cool, and always with a sly knowing smirk on his face. He has come to be just as much of a character as the idols he managed. Minus the fanbase, of course. Always carrying himself with plenty of confidence, voice always maintaining a low calm tone. Unflappable, he's always doing his best to be a charmer. He cares very much about his reputation, as it is the foundation of his entire business. In fact, he always donates a portion of the money generated by sheeP's fundraisers to charity foundations. Dealing with the fans is one of his strong suits, commanding enough authority to calm to crowd while still maintaining a level of anticipation. Managing an entire company as well as micromanaging their biggest potential cash cow can be rather exhausting at times. Very much used to an extravagant lifestyle, he is almost too comfortable in Tokyo's night life environment. Though since taking on so much responsibility, he has chosen to tone down his adventurous lifestyle for the time being. Instead, he winds down by sitting alone in his home or office with some hard liqueur and some peace and quiet.
Behind closed doors is another story entirely, most all warmth leaving him once he's sure no cameras are watching. Confident demeanor and knowing expression may still be present, but it's as if his entire outlook has shifted. Rather than being calm relaxed he becomes rigid and intense. It's all business at this point, and he makes sure everyone knows it. Much less careful with his words, he tends to use much harsher language with others. Granted he is still tries to keep some sort of front up for his idols. He tries to come of as supportive as possible, but doesn't hesitate to drop the hammer if he feels he needs to. Though there are some people he is measurably more pleasant to, he tends to show very little respect for those he doesn't hold in high regard. He is well aware of how delicate it is working with children, and adjusts his attitude as such.
Across both sides there is one dominant underlying trait. No matter what the situation may be he is always very controlled. Unfortunately he doesn't just try to control himself. He finds satisfaction in controlling just about anybody, from his waiter to his idols. There's a lot of joy to be had in teasing and messing around with others. Especially those who have no choice but to do as you say. When he's under a lot of pressure he tends to become very distracted, his normally well contained paranoia getting the better of him in such cases. Though he is always careful never to share his problems with others, he is always very nosy about the problems of those close to him. Though these numbers are very few, as he doesn't seem to trust anyone he doesn't feel would take a bullet for him.

Kaz is a skilled unarmed combatant, having been taught Aikido from a fairly young age. He continues to practice in his spare time, using sparing as a way of releasing stress.
He also finds great relaxation in gun sports. He has a license to own a shotgun for sporting uses, and finds great relaxation in these games. His aim has become rather impressive over the years.
Kaz would have little trouble convincing people he had a degree in mixology, He can mix up a mean drink that's sure to satisfy even the most refined pallet.

One would think it odd that a man like Kaz would choose to name his company something like 'Tiny Sheep'. When he was younger, people would often refer to him as 'lamb' when mocking him. When he finally started to make a name for himself, he adopted the name 'Tiny Sheep', flipping the bird to all those who teased him.
He keeps his shotgun in a locked drawer in his office desk. (Note that ALL the drawers in his office are locked.) He is known to have a love of firearms, and has expressed displeasure with Japan's strict gun laws.
Coffee and tea are the primary source of Kaz's power. Without it he would surely crumble into pieces. Those close to him know that he has trouble sleeping, and what little sleep he gets is often restless.
