Character Creation opinions?

Hey, new to the site and working on a character at the moment.  I'm toying with a couple different ideas, but wanted to know if either one sounds like a better one.  One would be a female idol who puts on the persona of a cute, responsible member of the group in public but is kind of lazy and snarky off stage.  The other I'm liking more, but I'm not sure if it'd fit: a trap who's pursuing the career of an idol with a female persona; this character would probably have all sorts of issues that could be plot points, and I'd think sHeep would be the best fit for them.  I just wanted to see if anyone had thoughts on which might fit better with the kind of feel we're working towards here.

I think that the latter idea is the most original and it could bring on a lot of gossip if the secret ever gets out. (:

I agree with pita. I'm honestly more inclined to rp and plot with the latter character since I think it's a really interesting and unique idea??

Also, you could always make two characters. One with the former's personality, the second with the latter. Friendly reminder to make sure to remember to create a second account for the second character though.

I think the same as the others, I never really see that many traps on roleplaying forums than the first character idea. You can also combine the two ideas possibly by the trap's ideal female persona being that cute and responsible persona but being on the somewhat snarky side?

If not, then you can go ahead and make both characters. But it's your call.

So I do have an idea now for a second character, but wanted to see if I'm
classifying them correctly. Would a former idol who's turned into an actress
count as a celebrity? I'm thinking someone who was once a member of Afternoon
Delight who left the group to pursue her career as a thespian.. on screen

So the site seems kind of quiet, but I was thinking that maybe I should make a new character to take the place of Hikari (who never did anything). Maybe an idol in Afternoon Delight, since it's just Ayano now?

I think you should make someone for Afternoon Delight as well. Ayano mentioned that she felt a bit left out on the Cbox, and I hate to see that happen on an RP site. I've had it happen, where all my RP partners kept disappearing in the area that I was on, so it made it harder to get any RPing done.

I know that feeling too, when everyone else just seems to kind of fade out.  So I'm already working on an Afternoon Delight character, who I think I might app as leader for the group since there's only Tayano as soloist.  New girl is musically inclined for obvious reasons but will have started out in a student band of a decidedly non-pop style.  Now just have to finish her profile and get a face claim.. and probably need help getting the avatar image links to work with proboards, which seems to not like me for that kind of stuff.  Off to writing!
