FRIENDS

Let’s not mince words here; Soushi is not friend material. Hell, he’s barely human material and you’d probably have a greater chance of making friends with a wild animal. So, as you may have guessed, not many people will qualify for this category without a bit of footwork. Soushi doesn’t trust easily and is perfectly content with being alone even if it can grow to be a bit boring. It takes him a while to adjust to a new presence in his life but it’s not an impossible for him to think kindly of them. Children are a shoe-in for at least being on friendly terms as he has a soft spot for them and those whom he respects are also likely additions. People who find themselves counted among those he likes will find that he’s not as belligerent (though ultimately his taunting remains), protective of them and more considerate of their needs. He doesn’t really ask for anything in return outside of loyalty.

FOES

Everybody starts here. Anyone who is not related to him by blood is immediately shuffled into this category and are the most likely to be on the receiving end of his verbal abuse. Soushi, as stated before, is not a nice person. Most people right him off as a bad guy before he even says two words due to his rough appearance so why should he give anyone else the benefit of the doubt? For him in particular though, he has plenty to dislike in others and is a natural aggressor when thrust into any form of social interaction. Depending on the company he finds himself in Soushi’s belligerence may not reveal itself but he always maintains an air of apathy that rubs people the wrong way and he genuinely doesn’t care what they think.

As you can see I'm not very creative. Soushi has a decently sized family so if someone would like to pick up his younger brother or sister that'd be fine with me. Outside of that he could have coworkers from his previous jobs, rivals, maybe a crush or two swept under the carpet somewhere. Throw whatever it is you're interested in at him and we'll see how things pan out.
