ESSENTIALS
PERSONALITY Aime is a fun-loving and positive girl. She is very determined and almost always smiling. She is not easily discouraged and is friendly and energetic. She is used to bullying and therefore knows how to deal with negative attention. Still, Aime is also a real crybaby despite the fact that she knows how to deal with negativity. Being insulted or taunted will usually make her burst into tears. Though she tries to appear tough, her methods don’t always work and she tends to make a big deal out of the smallest things.
Although she is a crybaby, she is very strong-willed and is determined to never give up on her dream of being a talented idol. She isn’t very confident in her appearance and sometimes likes to play around with makeup to try and make herself prettier. She is not easily frustrated and is usually the one to give pep talks to her peers when they are close to giving up.
Because she cannot read, Aime is an amazing listener and often blocks out her peers or friends in favor of listening to music, audio books, or a cappella songs.
She is known to be rather un-athletic and puts a lot of work into her dancing. Her stamina is quite weak and she can only dance moderately hard choreography for about ten minutes before she gets tired. Still, because GEM247 is such a hard-working group, Aime is constantly working on improving her stamina in order to remain a loyal member of the group.
HISTORY Aime has had dyslexia since the age of 10. Her parents were very supportive of her throughout this time, and Aime often got frustrated with herself when she found that romaji were hard to read and kanji just looked like jumbled lines. Still, she was determined to work past this obstacle and began to do her reading by listening to audio books. She became a huge fan of music when she turned 12 because she realized it didn’t require reading (until she discovered lyrics, at least). She started learning the lyrics to songs by listening to the songs until she had memorized the lyrics by ear. After a while to honing this skill, Aime was able to memorize a song after hearing it only two times.
It was then that she discovered how much she loved singing. Upon studying the lives of idols, she decided to give it a try and auditioned for GEM and, after a few interviews and a successful audition, she was allowed to join the agency as a part of GEM247.
APPEARANCE Aime is rather young, so she hasn’t yet developed any curves. She is very skinny, but both her hips and her bust are relatively small. She’s pretty short as well. Aime has short brown hair that goes to her neck and maroon eyes that seem almost glossy and dull. While her hair is short in the back, her bangs are rather long, though she tends to let only the ends grow out and chops the middle short. Her skin is relatively pale. She is almost always seen with a bright smile, even though her teeth are rather yellowed and she should probably be embarrassed to show them in public. She sometimes wears glasses while practicing her reading, which she doesn’t do often but it happens enough for her to have bought a pair of prescription glasses.
COMMON WEAR Aime’s casual outfit of choice is a plain, loose, blue T-shirt and a pair of jean shorts. In the winter or fall, she switches to jean pans and adds a jacket over her T-shirt. She isn’t a huge fan of dresses, but will sometimes throw on a skirt if she feels like seeming girly. She is embarrassed to wear revealing clothing, yet sometimes finds herself in skirts or shorts that barely cover her whole pelvic region.
OTHER FEATURES Aime likes to get temporary tattoos and draw on her skin, but she has no permanently damaging features such as piercings or tattoos. She does, however, usually have a temporary tattoo of a butterfly hiding on her left shoulder, purely because she likes tattoos on her shoulders and butterflies.
