Kentaro “Kenchi” Nakamura*Seventeen*SUPER✩RANGERS
Friends: It doesn’t take much to make Kentaro (or Kenchi, that’s kinda his nickname and I sorta prefer it, but you can use whatever) happy. He’s generally easygoing, but because of his awkwardness, it’s usually up to you to say something first. If you sit down and say hello, he’ll probably counter with a greeting of his own and then ask you how work is going or something like that. Kenchi is used to being around other people even though he’s still getting used to interacting with them. He’s most comfortable around flamboyant people, the kinds of people that will cover the energy that he’s missing. Really, to be a friend of his, all you need to do is say hi and never, ever, EVER mention anything that would tick him off. He hates the “Dark Kenchi” side of himself and will definitely make sure you know what not to say around him if you want to escape your conversation with all your fingers.
Enemies: It’s almost easier to become Kentaro’s enemy than it is to become his friend. If you happen to say the wrong thing, Dark Kenchi will probably get out and nearly kill you. If that happens the first time you’ve met, congratulations—you’ve officially made it onto his “People to Viciously Murder in Their Sleep One Day” list. If you’re already a good friend, Kenchi will probably force himself to calm down and offer a mumbled apology. If your friendship is rocky, saying the wrong thing will result in having to start from square one. Still, Kenchi tries his best to control his dark side and is careful to try to get away from other human beings if he’s frustrated to the point of letting it out. Just don’t get caught harassing his family. Or his ex-girlfriend.
Lovers: Kentaro is still very dedicated to and protective of his ex-girlfriend, Makoto. Any girls who try to flirt with him will either immediately get shot down, or Kenchi will be too oblivious to notice until you do something obvious, at which point you will be shot down. Kenchi is also still quite possessive to the point that if anyone goes within ten feet of her, he is instantly at her side glaring ominously at whoever walks past, even if it’s a girl since they tend to hit on his masculine object of affection also. Still, since they broke up after Kentaro left to pursue an idol career, they're rarely seen together anymore unless Kentaro has a rare day of doing nothing, which he'll usually take advantage of to go to kareoke or something with a group of friends that always includes Makoto. He's careful not to get too romantic, though, since 1.) they did break up, and 2.) scandals would be bad.
