Thought it was as good a time as any to get a thread like this started for Hikari.  And away we go!

Friends
Hikari almost certainly has made a number of connections given the trajectory of her career thus far, and the transition from idol to actress.  Given her mellow approach to life, she can get along with people just fine as long as they don't come off too pushy or random.  She has a soft spot for current idols since she knows what they're going through.  In a way she both sympathizes with that and is frustrated she can't do more to remedy the problems in the system.  It's very possible that she'd offer some pro tips and off the cuff guidance a current idol if the time was right.  This could turn into a big sister or motherly relationship on Hikari's part as she tries to help look after them.  On the other hand she's distanced herself from the idol world and is only involved with reunions and the like.  She also can have a calming effect on others by getting them to slow down and take things easier.

Enemies

Hikari doesn't have a huge love for higher ups in the industry, and this can easily extend to authority figures of other sorts.  While she'll listen to them and concede when they have a good point, she's resentful of them in general.  Anyone who imposes themselves on others in some way is likely to get on her bad side too.  Really impulsive types throw her for a loop, as do destabilizing events.  These are the sorts of things that make her need a couple of beers, even if she's okay at faking it through said event.  The people on the other hand might earn a bad reputation with her.  Also people just generally being pushy and impatient draw Hikari's ire, and might become enemies quickly.  At least in her mind.  Nosy people from the media also are kind of talented at getting on her nerves, especially when rumors abound that she might return to the music industry in some capacity - idols in particular.

Romance
Hikari is the sort who has no qualms with people finding out she bats for both teams.  If she likes somebody she'll at least casually let them know it.  Being how she is there won't be any pressure on them to respond or reciprocate, or even to consider a date.  She's had a few casual flings that managed to avoid the notice of the media but annoyed the hell out of her agent.  Getting into something more serious would be an interesting turn for her, though affairs with someone she likes are always nice.

AYANO & HIKARI

Perhaps it could be that, Hikari could somewhat, help Ayano out, despite the very obvious fact that she herself wouldn't want or appreciate the help. She could be a parshal mentor, in a way, and help Ayano out with the many struggles and such that she comes across on being a big-time idol. It would probably, be a bit awkward at times, especially in Ayano's case, as it is she feel like she handle any issues on her own, though in reality, she could really go for someone older, someone experienced, it would be even better if the person wasn't an idol, so she wouldn't feel tricked by the tips given to her. So, Hikari would probably be the one woman out there perfect to Ayano, someone she might get to know, and become closer to Hikari, more then just a mentor.

There's definitely a lot of ways that Hikari could relate to Ayano and whatever troubles she might undergo as Afternoon Delight's soloist.  After all she's been there herself and started at around her age as well.  Maybe someone involved with Houkago Project arranged a meeting between the group's new soloist and HIkari outside a more formal setting?  Hikari would definitely be skeptical about getting directly involved in the idol business again, but helping out one girl isn't getting back in is it?  She'd probably give Ayano advice that was a bit brash and not what a mentor in the business might normally say.  Maybe that would help give her words the ring of truth?  I can also imagine Hikari telling Ayano some stories about her escapades as an Afternoon Delight front woman, whether the girl wants to hear them or not.  Something like that.  Hikari would definitely be a kind of lax, but friendly enough mentor who wouldn't sugar coat anything about the industry.
