PERSONALITY Noriya usually has two defining personality traits: level-headed and balanced. There is never a time where he has spontaneous behavior. Noriya simply gives an aura of cool confidence and a relaxed smile that usually follows whenever he speaks about something. Noriya is usually the type to find that he likes his alone time more than others, and even at the current way Idols are perceived, he likes his downtime whenever it is available to him. Despite his current occupation as the Leader, he has a very unique process of keeping his head free of doubt or anxiety before performing. This happens to make Noriya charmingly eccentric to those who know him well and enticing to his fanbase whom have very 'headcanon' opinions over him and his performances in general. When it comes to the treatment of his fellow members, he's usually the type to relax and keep morale up. Noriya is best to handle frayed emotion, he simply goes at his own pace and if he was able to, would freeze time until he feels comfortable letting things flow naturally. Noriya is considered a loyal human being. His friendship makes him very personable and he is an excellent listener often letting a person whose emotions are currently on their sleeves to rant to him for hours if that's what it takes until they're of clear mind.
Pertaining to his fans, Nori tends to treat them like they're a part of his family, giving him a jump in his own popularity and solidifying his position in the group indefinitely. As the leader, he fits the responsible persona, having been taught rigorously as soon as the decision was unanimous that he take the position when the previous one left to pursue what he wished. Public appearances usually result in some form of comedy or so, having a certain humor that most can appreciate and putting people at ease. It's this sort of refreshing take on an idol that has put him in the spotlight and he never lets the helium rise him to high in the sky, so to speak. Noriya however, can become easily irritable if his schedule is ruined and especially if a nap or two or if his 'alone time' is prematurely ended by someone else that he doesn't like or trust enough. Noriya typically gives a neutral, distant aura around those he doesn't know well, almost appearing introverted to more extroverted types that get too much into his space. HISTORY Born to a very normal family, Noriya was the type of child that would spend hours in his room alone and listening to music. His mother would usually have to drag him to the table for dinner since he'd be singing in front of his mirror or simply lounging in a bean bag chair and looking like a limp logas he completely zones out to the music he's listening to. Eventually, watching TV and soaking in the popularity of idols made him take the initiative and take part in Talent Shows and contests competitively. This made him turn into a very passionate child growing up and before he was even recruited by KiNGS' company, he was already taking lessons on controlling his naturally incredible range. It was this drive in performing arts that led to him being discovered young and to nurture the talent that was given to him so graciously. When he got older and was trained professionaly by the company at the ripe age of thirteen and onward, the old leader had moved on and when Noriya was ready enough, replaced him. The company hasn't regretted it since.
APPEARANCE Sporting dark hair, presumably a very dark blue, Noriya's hair is well kept and simple. He makes sure not to have the bangs cover his striking blue eyes. To fans, they remind them of 'Gems' or a very pure aquamarine. Noriya is fairly tall and sports hard, chiseled muscle that is typical of the man that wishes to keep himself fit. Because of his recent 'sporting' model ventures, he's had to mold his body to fit the image. He doesn't regret it and actually feels more fulfilled having a fit and toned body to meet the demands of being an idol. Within the group, he's best known for his torso, being the most likely idol to 'take his shirt off by request'.
COMMON WEAR Noriya, matching his personality, tends to dress casually and comfortably. The T-shirts, jeans, and casual shoes. Of course, yes, he does succumb to the more fashionably direct and can be seen wearing the latest trends and mixing them up with his casualness every so often. TALENTS & SKILLS Originally, Noriya just goes by Nori when he's performing, but the company decided for a more radical and showy title, giving him the title of 'King of Diamonds' for his specific merchandise. It caught on rather quickly, fans attributing the title in various positive ways. The most mainstream is: "Eyes like blue gems, voice as smooth as Diamonds." The funnier version is that his 'abs are indestructible' which leads to much fanart over the subject and meme's for that matter. The company merely states that his appeal is 'enduring and lasting' which is why they chose Diamond as part of his title. Noriya doesn't complain. Noriya, as you can expect, has a very experienced voice and his range makes him the front runner of the group and made him an easy pick for his adaptable personality. He is best however, for marketing on his looks which doesn't get neglected for his voice. Modeling is a regular occurence and it is one of his main talents. He's been on everything fom magazine covers to that obligatory fanservice cologne commercial that Europe is fascinated with.
