ESSENTIALS
PERSONALITY On stage, he's cheerful, exuberant, and friendly. He appreciates his fans from the bottom of his heart and knows that without them he'll be no where. Katsu tries his best to give the his whole effort, as it's one of the only things he's truly passionate about. He's down-to-earth, thinking that he mainly got the job by luck. He tries to connect to his fans the best he can. Singing, dancing, he'll do it all and train to get better.
Outside, away from all the lights and glamor Katsu's relatively the same, perhaps a bit toned down though. He's rather affectionate towards his friends. He likes to give them hugs or have an arm slung around them. He especially likes to do this to the ones he knows gets annoyed by it. He can be overly chatty at times, until the point where you can't stop him from talking until you slap a hand over his mouth. When he goes into these rambles, he'll soon go off-tangent and you can find yourself in the middle of a one-person debate of whether a llama or an alpaca would be better suited for a pet.
Katsu is adaptable, being able to take on what life gives him and goes with the flow. He's all for being spontaneous and to keep things fresh and new. He'll be the guy who would randomly plan an excursion and ask you on that day if you wanted to go. He's the type of guy who you wonder if they take anything seriously due to how carefree he is. Even under pressure, Katsu seems to be calm and relaxed even if he's spazzing inside. The guy seems to be so easy going when it comes to everything, that it's to no one's surprised that he doesn't do well in school. That's not to say he's unintelligent as what he lacks in school, he makes up in street smarts.
HISTORY Katsu's history is a rather normal one, a mom, a dad, and a cozy apartment in the middle of the city. He was a charismatic child, making friends left and right. Chubby cheeks, a body that seemed to never shed it's baby fat, and a rather short stature, Katsu was dubbed "adorable". His interest of music started because of his mother. He would sit next to the piano, while she sang as her fingers danced across the keys. He would sing along, his voice still rather high with a slight lisp as a child. It was fun though, being able to sing all he wanted.
Around middle school, he grew to have an obsession with idol groups. People singing all together looked like a lot of fun to him. He wanted to do that. Katsu played with the silly dream of becoming an idol and joining a group to sing. His dad took to the it with a hearty chuckle, saying to just do whatever he wanted and his mom just gave him a simple smile.
Much to his mom's horror, during highschool, Katsu decided that it would be a brilliant idea to dye his hair blonde. His voice also decided that it was a good time to drop the chipmunk like pitch and go for something lower, which Katsu was very happy about. During this time, his friends and parents' convinced to try out in a talent show. He didn't win or anything, the guy who was able to play Chopin's Military Polonaise on the piano did. It helped him learn what stage fright was, and how to calm himself down from it though. The experience was amazing and made him want to reach his dream even more.
APPEARANCE Katsu is rather short for his age, but he likes to say it's due to the fact that he's still growing. He's also pretty light, due to the fact that he likes to stay in shape and fast metabolism. He's not a body builder by any means and probably won't be showing off washboard abs anytime soon, but he does have some muscles on his body. Katsu's blonde hair is due to him dying his hair, otherwise his hair is black.
COMMON WEAR Katsu's dressing style is simple. He prefers comfort over style, and if it looks nice, that's just a bonus. The one thing that he's always found wearing is a short sleeve coat which his mom gave to him as a good luck gift. He has worn it so much, that people had suspect on multiple occasions that he has a closet just filled with these coats.

When he's serious or thinking, people have teased him by saying how his facial expression became sketchy or how it doesn't suit his face because it's too "serious" for him.
