Friendships
Alexei has a hell of a time opening up to people and relaxing around them. What he exceeds at however is being there for others. He might not talk much about himself, but he's more than happy to listen to other people and their problems. Deep down, he really doesn't like seeing other people unhappy, so he'll do his best to put a smile on their faces even if he can be awkward about it. This sort of relationship is very one-sided though, and he's pretty resistant to anyone trying to reciprocate his kindness. It'll take someone patient to sit him down and get him to dispel his insecure notions of not being worth anyone's time - ever since he lost the ability to play the piano, his sense of self-worth has gone way down.

This list will likely be very small. Alexei doesn't do well with confrontation, even before the accident -- that's why he let his friend Souta do most of the front-line speaking. He endeavors to be a sympathetic ear and a generally kind person, that if he believes he's upset someone, he'd be more prone to removing himself from the situation rather than fighting anything out.

Aw, romance. Love is a difficult subject for Alexei. While yes, he's 'dated' vaguely in the past, mostly to keep up appearances with being a teenaged idol, they never developed into any serious relationships. To be blunt, Alexei is deeply in the closet, so much so that he's nearly asexual. He wouldn't mind companionship, but with his shy personality and the insecurities he gained from the accident he was in, he has issues with getting close enough to someone to pursue them in that sort of way. That said, it'd be cute if someone fell for him and tried to drag him out of the closet. uwu
