PERSONALITY Bold, outgoing, and brave, Ruby is one sassy girl. She loves to sing energetic and loud songs that match her personality. She is very clever, and quick-witted, and most of the time very adaptive to situations. She likes to make friends with the other members of Afternoon Delight, and do collaborative music with them. She does have a sour side, and tends to hold grudges for a long period. She also has a passive-aggressive side, that comes out when she feels too stressed or pressured by something or someone. Afterwards she feels bad and will apologize for any rude behavior, as she was taught to be humble, and cooperative with her fellow singers.
HISTORY Ruby was born in Japan to a young Scottish man, and Japanese woman. The Scotsman had been traveling the world, and fell in love with Japan. The two met at a bar, spent the night together, and a few months later Ruby was born. The birth was hard on her mother, and she became sickly ever since.
The Scotsman, not ready to take care of a child and a sick mother, fled Japan. Ruby's mother raised her by herself though she could barely take care of herself; she had no other family to help her. As if holding onto life as long as possible, Ruby's mother died just two months after Ruby turned eighteen, a full fledged adult. The only thing she had was the small house her mother gave her, which she keeps to this day to honor her mother.
Ruby moved into a small apartment above a maid cafe where she worked full time when she finally graduated from school. She was the favorite for her full red locks and large smokey gray eyes, and was a fabulous singer. She was in high demand, and sang constantly. One day a talent scout came up to her and handed her a card for Houkago Project Promotions.
APPEARANCE Ruby looks more like her mother than her father. Her father shares her blinding red hair color that reaches down to her knees; she usually lets it stay down and naturally wavy. She has a very slim body for her age at the weight of 112, and gets mistaken for being a year or two younger than she actually is.
As for her mother, she gained her 5'1 petite, childlike stature. She inherited her mother's pixie-like features; smooth skin, a cute button nose, large charcoal gray doe eyes, and pouty lips.
COMMON WEAR For a daily outfit, Ruby feels most comfortable in her maid dress from where she used to work before joining Afternoon Delight. It consists of white full puffy short sleeves, and a gray striped corset with black buttons. A full black skirt with white petticoat to hold it up. She wears gray stockings and black mary janes to finish the outfit.

TALENTS & SKILLS When not practicing her singing and dancing, Ruby loves to play video games and is incredibly good at them. She mostly plays arcade games, but then she was able to play on other gaming systems, and played online. She also likes sports and is very active. Ruby loves to play the guitar. She is self-taught from online videos, and friends from school. She has an acoustic guitar that belonged to her father.
