Ameba is a popular social networking and blogging site. Ameblo is its most popular blogging service. As you can see from the blog ranking on the front page, many celebrities use it as their blogging platform as well.
For idols, make sure to refer to the online interactions section of the Idol Guide before posting.
Though you are not required to use it, I've made a template if you would like to use it as a mock blog top. If you are not an idol or other celebrity, remove the "Powered by Ameba" logo and the green "official blogger" banner above the 150x150 icon, then move the column up to fill the empty space.
