When I became an understudy, It was hard work. It still is! I even thought about quitting. But then I gave my first performance, and saw everyone cheering for me to do my best. It was incredible! At that moment, I knew that there was no way I could let them down!

PERSONALITY Yuki is someone who tries to stay true to herself. She's quick to throw herself at new experiences, and encourage others to step outside their comfort zone. Not that she doesn't get complacent herself - for example, when on a good run in an MMO - but for the most part she's adventurous. Excitable, too, and a bit of a motor-mouth when she really gets in to something. Especially if she thinks you're interested.
She's also known to be on the hot blooded side. Yuki finds it hard to let go of arguments, and take things more personally than they are. At least her friends know that they can count on her to stick up for them in tough situations, but it has gotten her in trouble on several occasions. Thankfully she knows better than to do this in public - everyone's looking up to her, after all.
Even if she's got a bit of a temper, though, Yuki's a nice girl a majority of the time. She'll listen to whatever problems you may have, although if she believes tough love is necessary she'll be happy to oblige. She's good to have around if you want to forget about your troubles.
Confidence is something that she doesn't lack. If she's good at something, she's got no fear at all. However, since she relies a lot on natural talent, Yuki tends to lose heart fast with things that aren't easy from the get go. Dancing was particularly hard for her, and it was only the threat of being dropped that caused her to stop being lazy about practice and work on her moves. There are still occasions where others have to push her to try harder.
HISTORY Yuki was born in Osaka to a reasonably well-off family. Her father, Takumi, was an architect, and Rina, her mother, was a chef at an upscale restaurant. However, there were domestic problems at home. Rina abused her husband and controlled him, blaming him for contradictory things and in general treating him terribly. She also treated Yuki badly as well, and it even got physically violent.
When he realised what was happening to his daughter, Takumi knew that he'd have to do something. He knew that family courts favoured the mother, so he made sure to document what was going on so that he could present it in front of court and gain full custody. It was a tough battle for both of them, but eventually it worked out for the best, and they made a clean break from Rina and moved to Tokyo, Takumi's place of birth.
Life was much better there, and she managed to fit in quite well with the new city and school. She made some friends as well, who happened to be fans of GEM247. Though Yuki was more of a fan of rock and strong, male vocals, she enjoyed their music as well. She particularly admired their energy and passion, since it seemed like they were always performing. While doing karaoke with her friends, she ended up getting dared to audition after showing off a bit more than she should have. Yuki didn't expect to get through, though she did think it'd be fun and a good experience for when she'd like to audition for voice acting, but the judges said that they'd like to see more of her. They felt that she had some potential, and training would help her to shine.
She talked with her father and grandmother about this, since she'd never given the future too much thought, and they were supportive, if a little worried about what might happen if she became a celebrity. It was an opportunity that likely wouldn't come by again, and it could lead to good or bad things. Ultimately, Yuki decided she'd rather regret making a decision than not, and returned. It was a lot of hard work, and there was an incredible amount of things she had to learn - not just singing and dancing, but about how to behave in public and the value of your fans - but it turned out to be more fun and rewarding than she thought it'd be, and eventually she managed to become a full member.
APPEARANCE Yuki has bright blue eyes, in contrast to her light pink hair. She wears this in twin tails long enough to reach down to her waist, tied with black ribbons, although a fair bit is also left free. Her height, build and bust are pretty average, although she's thankful for the last part seeing how having large breasts has affected some of the other girls. She sometimes appears a little pale, either from staying inside playing games or from illness, but it's nothing for concern.
COMMON WEAR Yuki tends to wear skirts with long socks or stockings for everyday attire - often in dark colours to accentuate her hair. However, she's also a believer in practicality, and as such jeans and shorts also make up her wardrobe. When she feels like dressing up, however, she likes some of the Harajuku fashions, particularly gothic lolita.

TALENTS and SKILLS Asides from singing and dancing, Yuki has several other things she's good at. She can play the guitar, for example - both acoustic and electric. She prefers playing more rock than pop, though she can still play most of GEM247's songs. Yuki's also very good at drawing - she even draws her own manga, and hopes to one day either sell doujinshi at Comiket or even get published. Finally, she's an avid gamer, able to run end game content in Solar Dreams Online 2 with ease.

After thinking about it and talking with her family, she decided to try and pursue it seriously - either it'd be too hard or she wouldn't enjoy it and she could leave, satisfied that she at least tried, or succeed and live a life many aspired to.
