PERSONALITY At best, Hikaru is described as easygoing and laid-back, almost to the point of being called lazy. However, it isn't all wholly true. With enough motivation and bribing, she can be persuaded to work hard. Her friendly demeanor makes her quite warm and welcoming, and she isn't afraid to show affection to her fellow members. 
Being told she was a prodigy at birth makes her at times arrogant, and when others mess up, Hikaru tends to push her perfectionist attitude onto them. It takes little to get Hikaru's temper to rise, and the littlest actions cause her to blow her top. Despite all this, Hikaru still isn't very serious, and is actually the member who loves to make trouble for her manager. Her personality changes to suit her needs, whether she needs to be sweet as sugar or sultry and sexy.
To Hikaru, life's just a game and she doesn't need to show the same face to everyone else. 
HISTORY Hikaru grew up in the heart of Tokyo, one child of three. Her mother wanted her to have the education she lacked, so by the age of four she took piano lessons from her father and violin lessons from a private teacher. It soon became clear that Hikaru was a prodigy, and she became well versed in her instruments in choice. Because of all the lavish compliments bestowed upon her, it is safe to say that Hikaru became somewhat spoiled. It didn't help either that she was smart enough to know how to get what she wanted. 
Years passed, and Hikaru gained some attention after winning a local violin competition. It wasn't a media bonanza, mind you, but it garnered enough press that she got featured in a nearby newspaper.
A few months back, Hikaru had become addicted to the world that was known as anime and manga. A friend introduced her to a new, popular anime that SUPER✩RANGERS was singing in. And from that moment on, she was hooked, maybe borderline obsession. Ultimately, that decided it for her. Hikaru would enter the showbiz, just to meet the SUPER✩RANGERS.
APPEARANCE Hikaru has shoulder-length brown hair most often tied in two pigtails, and slightly tanned skin. She's been described as someone of natural beauty, though she'll scoff at that and say she's anything but. Hikaru is a few inches taller than average, and on the skinny side as a result of dance practice and what not. Fortunately, to make up for her lack of curves, Hikaru has been blessed with a rather large amount of cleavage, though she doesn't appreciate it.
COMMON WEAR Hikaru's fashion style differs each day. On one side, she'll be all minimalist, sharp lines and plain colors. The next day, she could be bold colors and daring prints. Or it could be vintage, or mainstream clothing.
It really depends on what suits her fancy at the time of the day.
OTHER FEATURES Onstage, Hikaru does wear contacts, but during her everyday routine, she tends to occasionally wear a pair of plastic framed glasses.

TALENTS & SKILLS From a young age, Hikaru has had training in most instruments including violin, cello, and piano. She has a decent voice that isn't the best in the group, but good enough that she gets to sing in most of the songs. Hikaru is also fluent in English and Mandarin, because of her mother being a languageteacher.. 
DISCOVERY It wasn't much of a coincidence that Hikaru decided to go into showbiz. Being an ultra-fan of SUPER✩RANGERS, it was that fact that ultimately caused her to audition for a nation-wide, on-television talent show. She didn't receive first place, but placed third in the end. Of course, she was approached with offers from many talent agencies, but surprisingly enough, she decided to try out for sheeP, a lesser known group.
